F.A.Q.
When I sign up, do I have immediate access?
No. It takes about a week to get all of your social media accounts added to our platform. That’s why we don’t bill you until 1 week after you sign up!
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! When you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to ScheduleMy.Social when your current subscription is set to expire. For example, if you cancel on the 15th of the month but your current subscription is set to renew on the 20th, you will have access until the 20th, at which point you will lose access permanently. If you wish to join again in the future, you will need to sign up again for your subscription.
Do I have to give you access to my social media profiles?
If you want us to schedule for you, yes! We also have detailed instructions on how to add your social media platforms to our scheduler.
